Refund policy

Effective Date: 1 September 2026

This Refund & Returns Policy sets out the terms and conditions applicable to returns, exchanges and refunds for products purchased from Nakisa Skincare.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of skincare and personal-care products, opened, used or tampered-with products cannot be returned or exchanged solely because a customer has changed their mind.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If an order is received damaged, defective, faulty or contains an incorrect product, please contact Nakisa Skincare as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the order.

Photographs, proof of purchase and other relevant information may be requested to assist with assessing the matter.

Where a product is confirmed to be defective, faulty or incorrectly supplied, Nakisa Skincare will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

Adverse Skin Reactions

Customers are advised to review the product information and follow the recommended directions for use. A patch test is recommended before using a new skincare product.

If an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use of the product and contact Nakisa Skincare promptly.

Refunds

Where a refund has been approved, it will be processed using the applicable payment method or another agreed method.

The time required for funds to reflect may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability. Where the requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative remedy may be offered where applicable.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt, order confirmation or other reasonable proof of purchase may be required before a return, exchange or refund can be processed.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit, exclude or waive any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Zimbabwean consumer protection legislation.
