How long does delivery take?
We deliver across Zimbabwe. After you order we arrange the delivery with you and you pay for the delivery separately. Harare orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days.
How do I pay?
You can pay online through Paynow (EcoCash, InnBucks, Visa and Mastercard) or choose to pay on delivery or collection.
Is African Black Soap suitable for sensitive skin?
Many women with acne and uneven tone love it, but everyone's skin is different. We recommend a patch test first and using it once a day to begin with.
Can I use shea butter on my baby?
Yes. Our raw shea butter is gentle enough for all ages, including babies with dry skin.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we will replace or refund it.
